Terms and Conditions
Before applying for a commission, Please read before purchasing pre-made fursuits and participating in the event. When applying for a commission, purchasing a pre-made fursuit, or participating in an event, you agree to all of the following.
refusal
1. Designs that you own, do not own, or have stolen
2. Being rude, threatening, or unreasonable
3. In case of request by other maker's style
4. If it is judged that it is too difficult or does not fit the style
5. People who are controversial or problematic (Including those who are controversial + problematic outside of the fandom, not just within it).
6. Areas where delivery is not possible due to the pandemic
If you do not observe the above and use the service, the work will be immediately stopped without warning, and you will be refunded, and in some cases you will not be able to use all services of "ShadowyFursuitStudio".
Payment, Refund Plan
1. Account transfer, PayPal payment are possible, and installment payment is possible. For information on installment payment, please check the commission information page.
2. Refund amount information: A full refund is possible if you apply for a refund before the start of production. If you apply for a refund after the start of production, we will refund the amount excluding the purchase cost (including shipping cost + transportation cost).
~20% progress - 70% refund
40% progress - 50% refund
70% progress - non-refundable
2.1 If you refund at the modeling stage (only for head base commission), you will get a full refund, and after that, you will get a refund excluding the material cost
3. Fursuits that have been canceled or refunded during the production stage will be discarded and items that have already been produced will not be refunded.
4. The fursuit will be delivered only after full payment. Please decide carefully.
5. If you need to order fabric from overseas (based on small paper), you will decide whether to pay the additional amount or cancel after notifying the applicant.
6. If the fabric cannot be found, the amount excluding transportation costs will be refunded and the application will be cancelled.
Premade fursuit related
1. After receiving, you can freely produce goods (collect, share, sell).
2. The repair policy applies the same as commission. (Purchase only)
3. The copyright of the pre-made fursuit is retained by the maker until it is received.
Shipping method
1. Shipping is free(Excluding head base commission), and based on the manufacturer's location, overseas shipments are delivered by EMS.
2. Delivery to countries and regions other than Korea may not be possible due to Corona. In this case, the commission will be rejected.
4. If the country is changed to unavailable (due to Corona 19) after commission production is completed, delivery may be delayed or delayed.
repair service
1. The free repair period is 1 year after receipt, and thereafter, paid repairs are carried out.
2. In case of a problem, please send us the part you want repaired, details, and a photo to the official Twitter account DM for guidance.
3. Damage or problems caused by user negligence will be charged for repair.
4. Repairs made by other manufacturers or repairs or modifications by the user will void the repair warranty and make repairs impossible.
5. The round-trip delivery cost due to repairs must be borne by the applicant.
6. If you received a fursuit as a free event, the head base commission cannot be repaired.
7. Repairs may be delayed due to work schedules. Please understand this.

1. Fursuit materials include plastic, fur fabric, sponge, EVA foam, mesh banner, glue gun stick, polarpolis fabric, air mesh fabric, cloud cotton, core yarn, and other fabrics. If you are allergic to any of these, please do not apply. I don't have pets at home, but I'm just letting you know just in case. If you apply for and purchase a pre-made suit, it is assumed that you are not allergic to the materials and we are not responsible for any problems.
2. The production process and completed photos will be posted on social media and communities
3. The sponge used to make the fursuit becomes discolored. Please note that it is a natural discoloration phenomenon and does not cause any problems, so refunds or AS are not possible.
4. Quality may be degraded for various reasons. Refunds are not possible, so please understand.
5. It is manufactured based on the Korean body type (oriental). If you are a westerner or someone from another country, it may not fit, so please understand that refunds are not possible.
6. (headbase commission limited) Unauthorized copying of the headbase (such as making molds) is prohibited.
